About the Race

Sponsored by Downings Bay Hotel, the Sheephaven Half is one of Ireland's best middle distance events, and this year will be hosting the Middle Distance National Championships.  Held in an area of stunning natural beauty, the swim and run are both in and around Downings, allowing for a great spectator experience, whilst competitors on the bike will take in some of Donegal's finest scenery along the Wild Atlantic Way.  Join us on 29th June 2019.
